Update
Due to our Engineering team needing additional time to prepare, we are delaying this migration until Wednesday, August 17th at 06:00 UTC. It is still anticipated to only take around 30 minutes to complete and all previous notes regarding impact still apply. For ease of reference, we are repeating them below:

During this time new orders will not be visible in NOM or the Associate App, updates to new orders will be delayed, and returns or other actions to these new orders cannot be conducted until the maintenance is completed.

We will be performing a migration of the customer care order database. This migration will begin on Wednesday August 10th at 6:00 UTC and will take around 30 minutes to complete. During this time new orders will not be visible in NOM or the Associate App, updates to new orders will be delayed, and returns or other actions to these new orders cannot be conducted until the maintenance is completed.

Apologies for any confusion regarding the previous status pages, we have determined that the impact will be lower than anticipated.
