NewStore will be performing a maintenance window on the internal payment structure to improve resiliency. This window is scheduled to take place over two hours starting on February 18th, 2025 at 07:00 until 09:00 UTC.

The affected components include:

- Payments
- All payment processing operations
- Cash management
- Associate App - Cash management operations
- NOM - Cash management reports

Retailers in the Associate App: No down time is expected, but short delays (< 30 seconds) can be observed in payment processing.

NOM (NewStore Order Management): No down time is expected, but short delays (< 30 seconds) can be observed in payment statuses and/or cash management reports.

Integrations: Short delays (< 30 seconds) can be observed in outgoing events that are related to/triggered through payments delivered via the external webhooks:

- Event-stream webhooks
- Payment provider webhooks
