Outage related to In-Store Orders with Discounts

During the times of approximately 21:53 until 22:13 UTC, we received alerts of errors occurring during order placement. This had the potential to impact Associates who were trying to place in-store orders. This seemed to affect only a small amount of orders that may have contained promotions (discounts), however, we did observe some successful order placements upon retries. Our Engineering team was able to quickly resolve the issue and will continue to investigate the root cause. We apologize for any impact that this may have caused your business.
