On February the 12th 2024 between 8:00 and 9:00 UTC, we will be preforming a database upgrade for 1 hour period.

During the upgrade, customers can experience hiccups using promotions and coupons (NOM and associate app). We do not expect downtime, but some degradation is possible for 12 minutes during the change.

We aim to minimize the downtime during the upgrade. Please reach out to Support if you run into any additional issues during this time.
