To ensure the stability of our Omnichannel platform, NewStore is planning a maintenance window for Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 07:00 to 08:00 UTC, for approximately 1 hour.

During this period we will upgrade infrastructure components in multiple backend services. We expect a short downtime for our platform of no more than 1 minute, during this time there will minor disruptions possible while we run the maintenance. The following impact is possible during this maintenance window:

- Retailers in the Associate App: few orders will not be accepted, pls retry or fallback to offline mode

- NOM (NewStore Order Management): Orders may not be reachable, please retry after the maintenance window is over

- Integrations: Integrations may receive 50x responses for order creations, these requests can be retried at a later time
