NewStore will be performing scheduled infrastructure upgrades across multiple backend services.
The maintenance is scheduled to take place over a 15-minute window from February 25, 08:00 UTC to February 25, 08:15 UTC.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience a brief disruption lasting up to approximately 3 minutes. The disruption may occur at any point during the maintenance window.

Maintenance Window:
- February 25, 08:00 – 08:15 UTC

Expected Impact Duration:
- Up to approximately 3 minutes at any point during the window

Affected Components:
- GraphQL API
- External Order API
- Configuration APIs
- Event Stream

Impact Description
During the brief interruption period:
- Requests to the affected APIs may return 5xx errors.
- Customers integrating with these APIs should retry failed requests after a short delay.
- Event delivery to webhooks and S3 may experience brief delays, but delivery will resume automatically once maintenance is complete (events will continue from where delivery paused).

Retailers using the Associate App:
- No expected impact

NOM (NewStore Omnichannel Manager):
- No expected impact

Integrations:
- Integrations relying on the affected APIs may experience temporary 5xx responses during the brief interruption. Retry logic is recommended.

Recovery Expectations:
- Services are expected to recover immediately after the brief interruption.
