The maintenance is scheduled to take place over a 15-minute window from March 12, 08:00 UTC to March 12, 08:15 UTC.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience a brief disruption lasting up to approximately 5 minutes. The disruption may occur at any point during the maintenance window.

- Up to approximately 5 minutes at any point during the window

- External Order API

Impact Description
During the brief interruption period:
- Requests to the affected APIs may return 5xx errors.
- Customers integrating with these APIs should retry failed requests after a short delay.


Retailers using the Associate App:
- No expected impact

NOM (NewStore Omnichannel Manager):
- No expected impact

Integrations:
- Integrations relying on the affected APIs may experience temporary 5xx responses during the brief interruption. Retry logic is recommended.

Recovery Expectations
- Services are expected to recover immediately after the brief interruption.
