Scheduled

To ensure the stability of our Omnichannel platform and to improve resiliency of our services, NewStore is planning a maintenance window for Monday, September 8, 2025 starting at 08:00 UTC for approximately 1 hour.

During this period, we will upgrade infrastructure components in multiple backend services.

Although we have the Scheduled Time for the maintenance lasting one hour while we complete our work, we expect only a short impact of < 5 minute during this time.

The following impact may be possible:
- Retailers in the Associate App: Associates may not place an order, we expect < 5min impact.
- Integrations: Order injection may returns errors during maintenance

Affected Components:
- Associate App
- NOM
- External Integrations

In the event there are any errors seen in the Associate App during this time, we ask the Associates retry the operation or switch to Offline mode. Postpone order injection activity during this time or retry the order injection after the maintenance window.
