We will be performing scheduled maintenance on NewStore Insights, involving a mandatory upgrade to our Insights reporting, on April 3rd, 2025 which will last for 8 hours from 05:00 to 13:00 UTC.

Affected Components: Omnichannel Insights. Specifically users with NOM > Insights > Explore access (Create Insights permission)

Impact Description: During the maintenance window, all reports will work and data freshness will not change. For example, viewing dashboards, drilling down, and filtering should not be impacted. Any changes made in Insights > Explore during this time will NOT BE SAVED. For example, updating a dashboards contents, or creating and saving an answer. After the upgrade, there will be some slight user interface upgrades that should provide more clarity for users of Insights > Explore.

NOM (NewStore Order Management): No changes will be saved during the upgrade period.
