An issue was identified and resolved today regarding SFCC order injection problems. This had the potential to impact integrations that implement SalesForce order injection.

The timeframe of the incident was for approximately 12:50 UTC to 1:50 UTC. The impact was a delay in data processing of up to 70 minutes, and our metrics suggests that orders eventually injected into NOM with no data loss.
