Payment infrastructure update

NewStore will be performing a maintenance on the payment infrastructure. This is scheduled to take place over half an hour starting on January 16th, 2026 at 07:30 until 08:00 UTC.

During this window, Associates in the Associate App may observe delays in payment processing and occasional failures that might require the Associate retrying an operation.

Delays may also be observed in payment statuses and/or cash management reports in NOM.

In addition, delays may be observed in outgoing events that are related to/triggered through payments delivered via the external webhooks.
