NewStore will perform a mandatory operating system upgrade of the database cluster storing certain order data such as refunds, order notes, and order history. This update will occur on July 16 between 5:30 and 6:30 AM UTC.

During the maintenance window, there will be a brief interruption as outlined below:

In-store transactions such as:

- Refund amount for returns / blind returns can’t be calculated
- Manage cart functionality in the Associate App is unavailable
- Seeing orders placed during the maintenance in the customers’ purchase history

Customer care transactions such as:

- Order details page may be temporarily unavailable
- Appeasements
- Seeing newly placed orders and updates on orders in NOM
- Creating order notes in NOM
- Resolving order conflicts through NOM

Furthermore, integrations calling the Order Notes API

may experience errors.

All of the actions mentioned will need to be manually retried after the maintenance in case of failures.
