NewStore will be performing maintenance on Omnichannel Insights and Store Reporting. This is scheduled to take place over the course of 1 hour on October 22nd from 08:00 until 09:00 UTC.

Maintenance Window: October 22nd 8am UTC - 9am UTC

Affected Components:
- Omnichannel Insights & Associate App Store Reporting

Impact Description:
- During the maintenance window, Omnichannel Insights and Associate App Store Reporting will be temporarily unavailable.
- Any changes made in Insights > Explore during this time will NOT save — for example, updating dashboard contents or creating and saving an answer.

Retailers in the Associate App:
- Store Reporting is intermittently not available

NOM (NewStore Order Management):
- Insights intermittently not available, and any changes in Insights > Explore will not be saved during the upgrade period.

Integrations:
- No expected impact

After the upgrade, you will notice slight user interface updates, along with enhancements to the stability, performance, and security of reporting capabilities.
