On July 13th between 06:00–07:00 UTC, there will be a brief maintenance window affecting consumer profiles.

Retailers and integrators may experience up to ~15 minutes of disruption (5xx errors) on endpoints like /v0/d/consumer_profiles/*,
/customer/profiles/*,
customer/tags/*,

This may impact profile CRUD operations, order injection, profile merging, Associate App customer search, and the NOM Customers page.

Retailers can retry operations in the Associate App, and integrations should implement retry logic for failed requests. Services are expected to recover immediately after the brief interruption.
