On the 23rd of July from 6:30 to 7:30 UTC, our Inventory service will undergo a necessary database update.
During this time, the following services may not be available in the Associate App nor in NOM: counts, receiving/transferring/adjusting inventory, runner functionality and cycle counts during mis-picks and mis-packs.
This may also affect areas of your integrations with NewStore Inventory services such as: stock on hand imports, ATP updates for stores that are using NewStore as inventory master, transaction/stock on hand exports, as well as, any configurations changes our retailers are making for inventory related functionality.
Please be assured, we are expecting a downtime of these services to last only a few minutes during the maintenance window.
