We are planning to migrate our database instances in production to increase system performance and resilience. This migration is scheduled to take place on Monday, the 22nd of November from 08:00 AM UTC to 08:30 AM UTC. This procedure will require around 15 minutes of database downtime and will impact the order management and availability functionality of the platform. During this downtime, order placement will not be possible. Furthermore, availability updates will be halted during this time and be processed after the migration is done.
